After providing us with details of your flat via our online form we will offer it to our clients saving you time and effort. Listing your flat is free and sublets will only take place after your approval, therefore there is no obligation to accept any offers. In most cases you will be able to meet your prospective tenants and naturally their full contact details will be provided.
Please provide us with as much detail as possible to allow us to find the right tenants for you.
Minimum rental period is one month. Once you have submitted the online form you will be able to upload up to three photos of your flat!(Max 2 MB)

In the case that a subletting agreement is successfully signed I hereby agree to truthfully inform EXBERLINER FLAT RENTALS of the duration of the contract and agreed price, or if the agreement is extended. Failure to provide information about a tenant acquired through EXBERLINER FLAT RENTALS moving into the property, rental price or duration of stay or giving false information will be considered a breach of contract.
